Today is my Mother's 92 Birthday

Today was my Mother's 92 Birthday. I wish I could have been home in California to spend it with her, but I am here in Utah. I did call her up and wished her a happy Birthday. She is just an amazing woman. I have learned a lot from her over the year's. We get along pretty well for a Mother and Daughter relationship. I hope she makes it to 95.

I am still waiting for my Husband to get home from being at his Mother's in Orem. He had to take his Niece Sarah somewhere. I guess we will have leftovers for Dinner tonight. I sure hope he get's home soon. Tonight American Idol is on. I sure need to do the Treadmill again, I have fallen off the wagon so to speak. I also need to get back on a diet.

Guess that's it for today. We saw a really cute Movie yesterday at the Mall here in Provo, The Princess and the Frog. I wouldn't mind seeing it again. Till next time peace.

Not to much going on right now.

I tried calling home a few times today and so far no one answers the phone, I sure hope everything is ok with my Mother. Her health seems to be improving, so I am hoping that she is out with my brother somewhere visiting or shopping, she was cooped up for a few months.

I went to Church last Sunday and really enjoyed our Marriage and Family Relations class that we are going too. Brother Parker is the teacher and I thought he did an excellent job. In Relief Society we had a spiritual lesson taught by Susan McCloud. She is a great teacher. I plan on going to all of my meetings tomorrow. I love Sunday's it is a day to be with family and friends and attend Church.

I am waiting for my hubby to get home from the store so that I can make us some lunch. I guess that's it for now. Take care everyone and have a wonderful Saturday and a wonderful Sunday. I hope I can get a hold of someone soon so I can see if my Mom is doing alright.

Happy New Year Everyone.

Happy New Year everyone. Larry and I had a quiet Christmas with just the two of us. For New Year's Eve we went to Provo First Night at the Mall. They had Fireworks at 9:00 as soon as we got there they were shooting the fireworks. We went inside the Mall and they had quite a few International Dancers there strutting there stuff. They even had a Dance going on. Larry and I just took it easy and enjoyed the dancers. They even had Bagpipe players. At about 10 minutes before Midnight we went outside to watch them start the glass ball to go down and then we sang and shouted Happy New Year. They had more Fireworks. Then we just went home. New Year's Day we just stayed home and enjoyed each others company.

The weather has been so cold this past month that I have hardly gotten out in it. In a few months I will be the big 60. Well, not much else to say will write more later. I still am doing the treadmill for about 30 minutes.
